Who we are

Cry of an Eagle Revival Ministries is a Prophetic Ministry run from our home, and we only minister on invitation. We do not have a Church building as yet.

We also run a Bookshop from our home premises, and you are welcome to order anything from us via our Online Bookshop.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Our Contact form, only collects your Name & E-mail address, and we will only keep your contact information, for as long as the contact is relevant and all questions are answered.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year on your device. You are welcome to clean it out on your device at any time.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Analytics

We are using Google Analytics to track performance and visiting information, and we will expand that now that our Online Bookshop is going live.

Who we share your data with

Thus, your data is only tracked via Google Analytics, and should you subscribe to any of our News Letters, your contact information you supply via the registration form, will be stored on and by MailerLite.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

As part of our On-line Store, we need to retain your Name, Billing & Shipping Addresses, and any other information that WooCommerce requires in order to process your order sufficiently and successfully.  

We at Cry of an Eagle Revival Ministries, do not store any of your payment details, but should you decide to pay via Payfast in order to process your payments for your orders, they will be storing your Payment Details, and any other details they might require. Any other contact information we will require as part of our News Letters delivered through MailerLite, will only be your NAME & E-mail Address, and we will only keep that for as long as you are allowing our News Letters to be delivered to you. Additional information

How we protect your data

We have strong Security Measures in place on both our Website and our local Machines, and thus your data is safe, and will not be sold, or shared with anyone else, outside of Cry of an Eagle Revival Ministries Premises.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Should any Data Breaches do happen, we will immediately contact everyone who might have been affected by the breach, to change their passwords, and to be alert of any possible attacks. you are also welcome to request the deletion of your profile from our system at any time.

You are also welcome to inform us, should you know of any data breaches on your side, that could potentially impact our security measures, and so we can inform our clients should it be necessary.

What third parties we receive data from

At present we don’t receive any data from any 3rd Parties.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

The only processing of any Personal Data, is only to draw reports on Sales, and geographic Statistics etc. And this is all done by WooCommerce Package, which we are using to manage our Online Bookshop.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We do not have any Industry Regulatory disclosures at present, and no one outside of Cry of an Eagle Revival Ministries will access your data with us, unless required by law.
